Booking Policy

Bookings can be made via the book now tab, text, phone, or DM.

Appoints will be held for 24 hours to allow time to pay your booking fee (£50 for antiwrinkle, £10 for all other treatments).

Injectable treatments are restricted to over 18's only.

Prescribing consultations are essential for all new clients/ those who haven’t had an appointment in the last 6 months for the following treatments: Antiwrinkle, Dermal Filler, Vitamins, Thread Vein Removal. This consultation costs £25, lasts for 6 months and must take place at least 48hrs before your treatment.

Booking fees are non-refundable and must be paid within 24hrs to confirm appointment.

You may reschedule your appointment on one occasion with 48hours notice and your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking. If you do not contact us to reschedule with 48hours notice your booking fee will be forfeited.

Any cancellations/no shows with less than 48hours notice will be charged in full for their appointment.

Late arrivals of 15 mins may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with the requirement to pay a new booking fee.

Patch tests are required for all new clients having any treatment involving glue or tint, please book this at least 24hrs in advance of your treatment.

Upon booking you will receive medical and consent forms, these need to be completed at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. AD Aesthetics & Skincare Clinic reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or contraindicated.

Before and After pictures are taken at all appointments, you reserve the right to withdraw consent to these being displayed on our social media pages.

Results vary between clients. With all treatments the actual degree of improvement cannot be predicted or guaranteed. The outcome’s subjective nature means dissatisfaction is a possible outcome regardless of effectiveness of treatment. The effect of all treatments may gradually wear off and additional treatments may be necessary to maintain the desired effect.

With antiwrinkle appointments - a complimentary review appointment is available for 3 weeks (21 days) after the initial treatment, but thereafter may incur a charge. It is the clients responsibility to make contact to arrange this, by sending pictures and/or videos. A natural result is the goal and administration of additional treatment within this time is at the discretion of the practitioner.

Complications are uncommon, they do sometimes occur. It is possible that side effects not described during consultation may occur and a complication not previously reported may occur for the first time. The client is required to contact practitioner in the first instance, within 4 weeks following treatment, should any complications occur. AD Aesthetics & Skincare Clinic will not assume any responsibility if another practitioner has been attended prior to review.

Refunds will not be offered for services already rendered.

Preferred payment methods are via cash or bank transfer.
